Developing Exercise Your Demons! has been an exciting journey from start to finish. I was able to oversee the project throughout its lifecycle, from early concepting and pitching through to launch and post-launch patching.
Role
As producer for our small team, I was able to I was able to personally oversee all project details, from task backlog workload management, working collaboratively to keep timelines up to date and in the right order. Additionally, I helped keep a close watch on our business/operations concerns, including budgeting, staffing, events coordination, and more.
Achievements
Through everyone’s hard work, careful planning, and dedication to their craft we managed an on-time launch with positive reception! It took great restraint but we managed to avoid scope creep and released with nearly the exact scope we set out with at kickoff. And, very satisfyingly, we were also able to keep total costs within our target budget, keeping finance hiccups to a bare minimum.
Currently EYD! has been nominated for Best XR/VR Title at Gamescom Latam BIG, 2025!! I’m very proud of our team’s hard work and dedication, and can’t wait to see the results at the awards show.
